Hurricane Season starts June 1st and ends November 30th.
Although this timeline is the "official hurricane season" we can get hurricanes at any time of the year. Additionally, a few weeks ago we had a tornado touchdown about a mile away from the complex in the IMG area.
It always pays to be prepared.
The Association requires that all outdoor items be put inside while not in residence during this time or any time a resident/renter is away from the property for greater than 7 days. This includes chairs, grills, decorations, and anything else that is outside and not anchored down.
